Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing NAJE Jewelry. We are committed to ensuring your jewelry reaches you safely and securely. Please review the following terms that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Times

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: All standard orders for in-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Exclusions: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or inclement weather.

3. High-Value Item Security

To protect your purchase, NAJE Jewelry implements the following security measures for all shipments:

  • Fully Insured: Every package we ship is fully insured for the purchase price until it reaches its destination.

  • Signature Required: All jewelry orders over $300 require an adult signature upon delivery. We cannot waive this requirement.

  • Discreet Packaging: To prevent theft, our outer shipping boxes are discreet and do not mention "Jewelry" or "NAJE" on the exterior label.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: For orders where a signature is required for insurance purposes, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

NAJE Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For domestic orders, sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination.

7. Damages and Lost Packages

NAJE Jewelry is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit until the point of delivery (indicated by carrier tracking and/or signature).

  • Damaged Items: If you receive your order and the packaging appears tampered with or the item is damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately from our Contact Us page.

  • Missing Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the item, you must notify us within 24-48 hours so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
